Get ready for the school year! 🏫⚽

CarePoint Clinic will provide sports physical exams for middle and high school students on Wednesday, August 12, from 11:00 am –5:30 pm at Clark Elementary in Issaquah.

Appointments are recommended. Contact [email protected] or 425-478-6627 to schedule. Same-day walk-ins will be accepted as time allows. 💙
