Hey all:
It’s that time of the year again where we all pull together to do a spring house cleaning of the
Gem City Club grounds. We are scheduling this year’s clean-up for June 13th from 8 AM until
about 4 PM or until all of the jobs are completed.
There are plenty of projects to do such as w**d cutting, some painting, removal of trash and
debris and others.
Last year we had only 32 members out of approximately 1400 show up to help. I remind you
that this is all of our club and we should take at least one day out of the year to give back to all
that is offered to you at a very low annual rate.
If you are able to make it we ask that you bring w**d eaters and, if you are handy at carpentry
work, bring power and hand tools.
I suggest that you also bring gloves.
As in the past, we will serve lunch to all workers, so I ask that, if you are able to help us this
year, you contact me via text to let me know that you are able to make it so we can plan
accordingly. My cell number is 814 873-2227. Let me know in your text what skill levels you
have and what your capabilities /limitations are so that we can properly assign you.

Thursday night will be our last tying session at Sportsmans. We take every summer off & go fishing. The regular monthly meeting will still be at the clubhouse through September.

Reminder! Registration goes live this Saturday, May 2nd! We are only taking 100 women ages 16+ so make sure you get online early to get your spot saved! Anyone under age 18 will have to have a parent fill out a waiver and stay with your child the entire day. Please remember that we will NOT be taking walk-ons!

We will ONLY have 5 classes that day, you MUST choose the 5 courses you want to take out of the choices on the list. Each course will have 10 women, they will last 1 hour each.

We are so excited to host this event, and we can't wait to see everyone have the best day!
