Every goal requires a process.

As freestyle season continues and Fargo gets closer, our focus remains the same: show up, work hard, and get a little better every time we step on the mat.

This week we'll continue sharpening our technique, building confidence in our attacks, and getting in plenty of live wrestling. The athletes in this room have set some big goals for themselves, and now it's time to keep stacking quality practices together.

Whether you're preparing for Fargo, chasing freestyle goals, or looking to improve before next season, we'd love to have you join us.
