We're 1 week away from the big day! The early forecast - for what it's worth - is 78 degrees and partly sunny. Sounds like a perfect fall day for golf.
We're close enough to 25 groups that we've made the decision to close the course for a more enjoyable event. It also means that Kenrick Meats will be grilling on site. Imagine the crisp fall air, the leaves changing in the Eureka hills, the ping of the golf ball, the taste of a cold beer, and the smell of the grill. It doesn't get much better on a Friday afternoon.
But that doesn't mean we don't have room for more golfers! In fact, we're so certain that this will be the best tournament of the year, that we're enticing more participation. If you refer another foursome that signs up - let us know who they are and we will give you a $50 refund on your fees.
The more participation we have, the more lives that are saved. Each entry fee covers the entire cost of lifesaving treatment for a malnourished child in Kenya. Good weather, good golf, good food, good company - hope you can join us!
