This year marks America’s 250th Birthday, and the Fairmont Fireworks Committee is planning a celebration unlike anything we’ve seen before!

💥 A $50,000 fireworks display
💥 More than 1,000 shells lighting up the sky
💥 Twice the size of previous years’ shows
💥 Saturday, July 4th at dusk
📍 Viewable from both Ward Park and Sylvania Park

⛳🏆 Congratulations to all of our winners from the 29th Annual Fairmont Area Chamber Golf Outing!! 🏆⛳

This year’s tournament had an exciting finish with a tie for Low Score! Fairmont Glass and Profinium Bank both finished with 60, Fairmont Glass was declared the winner after a scorecard playoff comparing Hole #18.

A special shoutout goes to Zach Schonrock of Scale Bank, who conquered what may have been the toughest chipping contest we’ve ever had—sinking a golf ball into a metal bucket only about 12 inches in diameter! 🎯👏

Thank you to the Martin County Board of Commissioners and MVAC for continuing to invest in the future workforce of our region. We’re excited to have Lily on our team and look forward to all she will accomplish this summer! ☀️
