Monday October 6th at 7: 00 in the groomer building will be the next meeting for the blizzard snowmobile club. The fuel gauge that was found broken after the last meeting has been replaced. Tried the fuel hose but didn't leak when tested. Will have discuss trail signing and what work needs to be done o the trails.

Ed was a founding member of the club. He dedicated alot of his life to making snowmobile trails possible in our area. Our thoughts and prayers to Vikki and the rest of Ed's family. Ed will be truly missed by all!

Mass of Christian Burial for Edward “Ed” H. Langford, age 84, of Fairmont, MN, will be 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 26, 2025, at St. John Vianney Catholic Church in Fairmont with interment in Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Fairmont. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, April 25, at the Lakeview Funeral Home in Fairmont. Visitation will continue one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday. Ed passed away on Thursday morning, April 17, 2025, at Goldfinch Memory Care in Fairmont. The Lakeview Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Fairmont is assisting the family with arrangements.
Memorials are preferred to The Red Rock Center, Chubb House, St. John Vianney, and Knights of Columbus.

** MUST COMPLETE ONLINE COURSE FIRST**

The class is a one day review and riding performance course. Students must complete the online course: snowmobilecourse.com (fee for the course is $29.95). Once they complete the online course, students print out a "youth follow-up voucher" and bring along with a copy of their birth certificate. Students will not be allowed to participate in the classroom review/performance test unless you have first completed the Online Snowmobile Safety Course. Parent or guardian must accompany youth to sign the waiver AND encouraged to stay for the class. Each student must have proper attire: helmet, gloves, snow pants, jacket and boots. A snowmobile will be provided. Youth must be 11 years old by the date of the class attended. All residents of Minnesota born after December 31, 1976, MUST have a snowmobile safety certificate to operate a snowmobile in Minnesota. This youth Snowmobile Safety class is sponsored by Minnesota DNR, Fairmont Community Education & Recreation and the Blizzard Snowmobile Club.
