🍃"The Restorative Power of Nature," presented by Summit County Master Gardeners Mindy Costigan-McCartney and Dr. Denise Gibson, is inspired by the book "The Well-Gardened Mind" by Sue Stuart-Smith. Together, we'll explore the physical, emotional, and mental health benefits of spending time in nature and gardening. Participants will also be taken on a nature walk while being introduced to the practice of Mindful Gardening—a way to reduce stress and deepen connection with the natural world. Elana's Blessings Pampering Night this past Thursday left us feeling & smelling good! 🕯💆‍♀️✨️ Street Craftery guided us in candle making while Meglio Salon & Spa treated us to facials and arm massages. Afterwards we had a sound bath from Patricia Nayder that washed our stress away. Thank you to our amazing partners and Elana's Blessings for making tranquil evenings like this possible.
