It was a great evening at Gigi’s in Kent with Anthony Mirando, Ph.D. and Lameck Onsarigo, Ph.D., who shared practical insight from their research and real project experience. The conversation around when mass timber makes sense, and when it does not, was especially valuable.

We appreciate the honest discussion around fire protection, moisture, code considerations, and the real-world factors that shape project decisions. Events like this are a reminder of how much we learn when we bring practitioners and researchers together.
