A special thanks to our June 1st guest speaker Dr Leonard Rich. Dr Rich is a retired ophthalmologist who donates his time with the Community Services for Vision Rehabilitation. They are a nonprofit that specialize in low vision patients providing them with tools and help they need. Dr Rich is a delight and passionate about helping people with low vision care.

Our guest speaker for May 1st was Charlene Lee, Director of the Walking School Bus. Charlene was instrumental in founding the Walking School Bus in Fairhope. This wonderful program has grown and now involves both Fairhope West and East Elementary schools. During the school year you will see elementary students guided by their volunteers walking to school. Charlene has a real passion for helping kids stay fit. Please consider donating to the Walking School Bus non profit at:
