Summer Small Group for girls ages 9-15.

Hello, I’m Kirstyn! Owner of Highly Flavored Sno (give us a follow🍧🩵) This summer I will be hosting a small group for girls ages 9-15 on Sunday evenings. My hope for this is to bring young girls together to have fun, make new friends, learn about the Lord, and enjoy their summer! Join us Sunday, June 14
for pickle ball. If you’ve never played or have no equipment, NO WORRIES! I have everything you need.

It’s only 10 days away!

The second anniversary of the day that changed Lulu’s Gribbin’s life arrives a week from Sunday-June 7th, 2026.

I got to thinking about what the 17-year-old from Mountain Brook, AL has accomplished since the shark took her left hand and right leg.
It’s absolutely astounding and inspiring.

Lulu just finished her junior year at Mountain Brook High School.

She’s driving alone in a specially equipped car.

She’s competing in PGA sanctioned golf competitions.

She has thrown a strike as she threw out a first pitch at the SEC Baseball Tournament.

She has pulled herself up on the water with one hand by a speed boat and shown the world what slalom skiing looks like with one leg.

She has been the face of the Lulu Strong Foundation which helps amputees with prosthetics and modern medical advancements.

And one of her greatest achievements has been seeing Lulu’s Law passed in the U.S. House just days ago.
The new bill will provide warnings of shark sightings and provide the warnings through cell phone alerts.
Lulu’s Law is awaiting the president’s signature.

Oh, and just when you think Lulu is starting her summer break by hanging around the house?
She’s currently on a mission trip giving back to those in need.

It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 2 years since Lulu uttered the words, “I made it”, to her parents when she woke up in the hospital after the attack.

Lulu Gribbin has not only made it, She Prayed It, and those prayers together with hard work have made Lulu an inspiration.

2 years ago many wondered if Lulu Gribbin would live.
Today, Lulu Gribbin has become one of the world’s great comeback stories.

So, how about thanking Lulu for uniting the world and making us proud?

And let’s tell her we can’t wait to see what lies ahead.
