Shearing Day 2026 was a success! 🐑✂️

A huge thank you to Kevan, Kylie, J, and Jeremy for taking the time to help make this day possible. Shearing is an important part of caring for our sheep, and we couldn't have done it without your hard work, patience, and support.

We are so grateful for our amazing village of people who help keep the sanctuary running and our animals happy and healthy. ❤️

Welcome to our “Neigh”borhood! 🐴🤍

This is a new series where we’ll introduce you to the incredible equine friends who call our sanctuary home from horses and ponies to donkeys and mules.

You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at their personalities, their stories, their homes here on the farm, and the lives they now get to live surrounded by love and care.

To celebrate, we’ll also be hosting a special event on the farm called Hug a Horse Day a chance for you to come meet your favorite friends in person, spend time with the animals, and help support their ongoing care at the sanctuary.

This past Sunday, we were fortunate enough to travel to Blessing of the Animals. Spencer, the baby goats and a few of our bunny friends spent time with the congregation and Spencer was even able to go inside the sanctuary to be blessed!

It was a special time and we and our animal friends loved being able to spend time there. 🤍🐴
