Solano County Independent Living Skills Program Solano County ILSP supports youth ages 16-20 with a full range of services designed to assist and support foster youth in their transition to independence.

Life Skills Workshops
Monthly workshops that focus on various topics to encourage successful independent living skills. First Foundation
An educational support program for youth in high school. Participants receive individual support to ensure they receive their high school diploma or GED. Youth Action Team
Participants work to develop communication and leadership skills to advocate and inform

the community on issues regarding foster youth. Resource & Referral Assistance
Individual meetings to assess needs and provide assistance to youth.

THP-PLUS/FC Institute 2015 is seeking foster youth scholars to inform and lead the effort to create more housing options for foster youth. If you have ideas and experiences that will help more foster youth transition successfully, then apply for a scholarship to attend the THP-PLUS/FC Institute 2015. Fill out an application today.
