Leadership Development Roundtable Program

The Leadership Development Roundtable (LDR) Program is a learning series designed to build participants’ capacities to manage and lead a nonprofit organization and to expand your network of contacts. LDR is a “learn through doing” opportunity geared to help prepare nonprofit leaders to meet the anticipated demand for social sector leaders: across the na

tion, it is estimated that close to 1 million new nonprofit leaders will be needed over the next decade. The LDR is designed for those currently employed in Connecticut nonprofits who are inspired to increase their impact as leaders. This program is for individuals from Generations X and Y who plan to become an Executive Director within the next five years. Participants must commit to attending the entire series and completing readings and assignments in between sessions to enhance learning and group discussion.
