Some more fabulous pictures from our Annual Literary Luncheon held at The Patterson Club on May 27th.

We are so grateful to our table sponsors Cardello Architects, Fairfield Country Day School, Harry's Wine & Liquor, Jessica Walsh, Jacqueline Fucigna, and By Mario Guleryuz for helping us raise funds to support programs and services at the Fairfield Public Library.

Thank you as well to our flower sponsors coreensbridgefloral, laura • floral design and Colonial Gardens for the beautiful centerpieces, all of which went home with luncheon attendees further raising money for the Fairfield Public Library.

Many thanks to The Patterson Club for hosting our 15th Annual Literary Luncheon on May 27, 2026 with Author Laura Zigman in conversation with Ann Leary.

A fundraiser for the Fairfield Public Library we are incredibly thankful to our event sponsors Jen Loya, The Fox Family and Ring's End | Johnson Paint.

We were so happy to have Craig Kennedy and 📚Barrett Bookstore 📚 on site selling books that day and photographs capturing the fun from Capitol PhotoInteractive!

Ladies Of Summer, Barrett Bookstore’s bibliophilic summer kickoff, is back! Join us at Wee Burn Country Club on Thursday, June 25th for refreshments and a lively panel of authors. We are delighted to have Kimberly McCreight, Hannah McKinnon, and Emma Straub taking the stage this year! Tickets are on sale now at the link in our stories.

Doors open at 6:30 pm for attendees to enjoy a glass of wine and light bites. Our panel will talk about their newest books followed by an audience Q&A and signing. The authors’ newest novels will be available for purchase at the event, or you can pre-purchase them with our new bundled ticket option, which includes VIP placement in the signing line.

We can’t wait to see you on June 25th!
