I Hope everyone is well and enjoying the holiday weekend!! I felt compelled to mention this and let everyone know after my third agent text I received this weekend, as I have been getting these often. You may or may not know, covid has made our town a very "hot", and in demand area where buyers are paying a premium for the limited selection on the market. I wanted to get the word out to as many people in the Ridge as possible, as the Ridge right now does have a demand! I am constantly asked if I know anyone that "maybe" willing to sell for the right price. If you or any neighbors you know ever thought of selling for "your" price, feel free to reach out to me. We wouldn't even have to put it on market at first due to the amount of agents contacting me just to see if anyone would sell! Obviously I don’t want anyone to move but if you have a price in mind or are thinking about it, this is definitely the time! Lmk if I can keep you in mind or are willing to show to these potential buyers.
