Outdoor Survivor, #1:
Create memories that will last a lifetime as you join your friends on the trails. We’ll learn the basics of hiking safety, understanding landmarks, orienteering, fire safety, building shelters, and tackle a survivalist challenge!

And if your child is more into whimsical fun? We have a couple of spots open for Week 3 - Whimsical Woods July 6th-10th 9am-4pm!

Join us for a magical week of all things fairytale! From fairies and sprites, to hobbits and giants, campers will express their imagination through storytelling and whimsical activities!

this flow data is lowkey giving 2010-core (the last time DC needed extra flow from backup reservoirs). we're not quite cooked as there's enough water stored to meet the needs of humans and wildlife rn!

still, dry conditions are expected to persist over the coming months, and our scientists calculate an above-normal probability of needing to release water from upstream later in the year.

Each camp week focuses on a different area of learning, but all weeks include awesome activities like meeting our Animal Ambassadors, creek exploration, & hiking through pristine mountain forests all while building lasting friendships. Each week will also have visiting guest scientists or naturalists!

But it's not just the fun and adventure that sets Wild Strawberries Summer Camp apart. Our camp is designed and staffed by multiple masters-level educators with over 30 years of combined experience teaching kids of all ages and abilities. Our summer camp staff is comprised primarily of schoolteachers and college professors, former park rangers, college students or recent graduates studying environmental sciences, former military, and survival experts.

This is a drop-off camp for ages 5-11. Snack time is included. Camp runs M-F from 9am-4pm.
