This week, VEST has been on the ground from City Council meeting to the Glen Cove Community, Victim Services meeting, and in strategic meetings with to address domestic violence programming needs.

Domestic violence in Vallejo has increased by 34%. In Glen Cove alone, there are an average of 2 1/2
