🌱 Fresh from the Garden, Grown with Purpose 🌱

We’re excited to share that Vet First Inc. has set up our very first Farm Garden Market inside the tasting room at Ecco Adesso Vineyards!

Stop by and pick up a selection of fresh, organically grown, nutrient-dense produce harvested from our farm garden. With a donation, you can choose what you’d like to take home for a fresh salad, healthy side dish, or your favorite spring recipe.

Every dollar raised goes directly back to Vet First Inc. to support our mission of training veterans in sustainable agriculture, growing fresh food for local families and food banks, and creating opportunities for veterans to connect, learn, and serve their communities.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. 🇺🇸

At Vet First Inc., their legacy inspires our mission every day — to support veterans through agriculture, community, healing, and purpose. We are deeply grateful for those who gave everything for the freedoms we enjoy.

You may already know about our farm garden on site for BUT did you know we are right around the corner from launching our very first CSA farm share program right here at the farm in Rockbridge County!

Through our no-spray, organic garden, Vet First Inc. is growing fresh produce and fruit to give back to our local community—especially fellow veterans and families in need. With only 10 CSA memberships available this inaugural season, every share truly makes a difference.

Proceeds directly support Vet First Inc.’s mission to expand the garden, nourish families, donate to our local foodbank to help those in need, and provide a welcoming, hands-on space where veterans can learn to garden, volunteer alongside the community, and find connection, healing, and purpose through the land.

CSA Details
🌱 18-week CSA over 20 weeks (2 no-pickup weeks)
📅 June 6 – October 17
💲 $540 for the season | $30 in produce weekly
💲 $360 for the season | $20 in produce weekly
🍷 Complimentary glass of wine at each pickup at Ecco Adesso Vineyards
🍯🐝 A jar of our Vet First Inc. harvested honey
❤️ Option to sponsor a CSA share for a family in need
🍽 End-of-season CSA Farm Dinner at Ecco Adesso Vineyards
🐑 Pop up meet and greets with the sheep
Please note: CSA shares reflect the natural variability of farming—harvests may vary with weather and seasonal conditions.

🫜🧄🥕We will also be offering our fresh organic nutritious produce in our winery tasting room to purchase Thursday-Sunday. A great way to grab a few fresh items for the perfect vineyard picnic!
