with photos from 2023 and 2024. During this challenging world climate, it uplifts our spirits to look back in time and see how much we’ve grown and how far we’ve come as Innoculated Farms. Feeling immense gratitude to our relatives and partners that have supported us along the way. Farming is no easy feat and we are proud to continue to be of service for our community and those in need of nutritious food. Thank you Creator for the continued strength to do this work, even when it feels the odds are against us. We lift our prayers for a future of peace, safety, and healing for all humanity and Mother Earth. 🙏🍄‍🟫

Mushroom lovers—this one’s for you.

Welcome to Wild Origins, a first-of-its-kind celebration centered around the foods we love most: wild mushrooms, rare truffles, and elevated plant-based cuisine. Feat: William Padilla Brown, Brian Versek, Chef Tori Funn & Chef Mario Buccellati.

Right in the heart in Manhattan @ the legendary Copa Cabana - We’re bringing together for ONE day:

-Gourmet fresh mushrooms from local growers

-Rare wild varieties you almost never see in the U.S. market

-A wholesale truffle market with prices you’ll never find anywhere else

-Mushroom Tacos, Lion’s mane chickn sandwiches, truffle burgers, all day vegan bites, and a 7 course plant forward fine dining experience

-Mushroom products you can take home—powders, tinctures, seasonings, and more

This is a chance to taste, learn, shop, and connect with other mushroom lovers, foragers, chefs, and growers.

Add to that:

-Indigenous vendors & makers

-Azteca Danza ceremony

-A land acknowledgment honoring Lenape and Mohawk nations

…and you have a truly unique experience that blends culture, community, and the incredible world of fungi.

If you love mushrooms—flavor, wellness, wild foods, cultivation—

Wild Origins is your event.

Come eat, explore, and take home something unforgettable.
