Total body blast fitness class is a high energy, full body conditioning workout designed to burn fat build lean muscle and boost cardiovascular endurance. This class is adaptable. There are modifications that make it suitable for both fitness beginners and advanced athletes looking to challenge their limits.

To continue to better serve you, we will be open as usual until 7pm on this Monday. However, there will be no fitness classes today.
