WELL - Women's E-Learning in Leadership "W.E.L.L." has the vision to empower educated women around the world to become leaders within their communities via E-Learning. Thank you for your time.

The field of women’s leadership education is an unknown in many societies that are challenged with issues of poverty, violence, and insecurity. Project WELL’s vision is to empower educated women in developing the leadership skills within themselves in order to make a positive social impact in their communities. The WELL project plans to collaborate with George Mason University to create a new E-Le

arning program on Leadership focused on:
◾Self-awareness
◾Self-development
◾Well-being

Developing skills such as:
◾Communication
◾Team building
◾Collaboration
◾Conflict management
◾Leadership in global context

This new program on Leadership would respond to women’s special need in their culture. We will focus on each individual’s growth while creating opportunities for online education for millions of women around the world. Women get a chance to advance themselves as a leader while being connected to Global Network for WELL for exchange experiences and mentorship. This all without leaving their country. We need your support to create Women’s E-Learning in Leadership! Yours Sincerely,

Fariba Parsa, Founder of WELL

**Support the Fight for Change in Iran: Help Publish "Fighting for Change in Iran: Women, Life, Freedom"**

I'm excited to announce my upcoming book, *Fighting for Change in Iran: Women, Life, Freedom*. This book delves into the courageous movement for democracy and gender equality in Iran, exploring the philosophy that challenges Political Islam and advocates for a brighter, freer future.
But I need your help to bring this important work to life.
**Why Your Support Matters:**
This book sheds light on the philosophy of Women, Life, Freedom movement and Iran's cultural shift. It’s more than just a book—it’s a call to action, a tool for understanding, and a beacon of hope for those who believe in freedom, equality, and human rights.
**How You Can Help:**
Your generous contribution will go directly toward the costs of publishing, marketing, and distributing this book to a global audience. By donating, you're not just supporting the publication of a book—you’re amplifying the voices of those who are fighting for a better future.
**Join the Movement:**
If you believe in the power of change, in the strength of women, and in the necessity of freedom, please consider supporting this project. Any amount helps, and if you can’t donate, sharing this campaign with your network would be greatly appreciated.
Together, we can make sure these vital stories reach the world. Thank you for your support!
