We’re exploring interest in , a high-energy boxing training program specifically designed for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This empowering program focuses on movement, confidence, fitness, and fun while adapting to each participant’s unique needs and abilities. 💪✨

• Ages 14+
📍 Weekly one-hour classes
