Wow! An incredible 75th Anniversary Charter Night Gala featuring Past International President Douglas X. Alexander - who swore in our new officers and recognized some of our longtime leaders. Topped off with a donation to the Inova Lions Eye Clinic to purchase a new laser iridex system to treat glaucoma patients. We Celebrate and We Serve!

Fairfax Lions recognized VLEIF Scholarship Recipient Sadie Spence (and family) as well as Peace Poster Winner Jimena Villatora (and family and teacher) at our regular dinner meeting. Kudos to PCC Harry and Lion Jeff for their work on these programs. Seeing young people committed to doing more makes on proud to be a Lion!

Hearing about the Lions Eye Clinic - Northern Virginia’s only free advanced eye care clinic - at our meeting tonight.
Supporting their efforts is the club’s focus for our 75th Anniversary fundraising effort.

The Fairfax Lions James Bland Youth Music Contest will be held at 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 15, at Providence Presbyterian Church, 9019 Little River Turnpike, Fairfax. Please encourage instrumentalists and vocalists in grades 4-12 to sign up. The registration form is on our website (link below). Registrations should be emailed or mailed by January 31.
