Aspiring fire and EMS leaders met in Richmond, Virginia for a Company Officer Leadership Symposium (COLS), part of the IAFC Officer Development Program.

Speakers included Chief Jeff Johnson (Ret.), Chief Michael O'Brian, Battalion Chief Eugene "Cricket" Gerald and John Rukavina.
