Civil War Round Table of the District of Columbia A diverse group dedicated to the study of America's Civil War and to the preservation and interpretation of its sites.

We meet monthly with a mix of both in-person hybrid and virtual meetings from September through June. In-person meetings are at the historic Ft. Myer Officers' Club (parking is free in the Officers' Club lots) or a nearby location for a presentation by an author, historian or subject matter expert on American Civil War history. Our Story

We meet the second Tuesday of each of the months of September through June, at the historic Ft. Myer Officers Club, Patton Hall (parking is free in the Officers Club lot) for a presentation by an author, historian or subject matter expert of the American Civil War. Social hour 6 PM, dinner 6:45 PM and lecture 7:45 PM. Dinner is $30 and optional. Reservations required. Attendance for just the lecture is encouraged and the fee is $5. We also offer day tours to area battlefields and an annual Civil War Weekend trip. Non-members are welcome.
