We had a great day at the Illinois State Competition on Saturday. Unfortunately, the fact that we didn't get to advance means our time as a team has ended. We've all gained so much from our experience in FTC and we're so thankful for every moment of the last 4 years. To each and every one of our followers, mentors, coaches, friends, alliance partners, and everyone who has supported us: we can't thank you enough!

We're headed to state!! We received Rockwell Collins Innovate Award, finalist alliance 2nd pick, and were nominated for the Think award. Great day and we're pumped for state in two weeks!

Finished the day ranked 12th and we're now gearing up for finals with teams #8620 Wormgear Warriors and #6995 RGB.

Tomorrow we'll be competing in the central-southern qualifier with this beast. As some of you guessed after our last post... yes, we do launch the cap ball! No more boring lifts for us. We're excited to show off our launcher tomorrow and we look forward to a great weekend. Good luck to all the teams competing!

It is with great pleasure that we announce that we can now cap the cap ball. We aren't going to announce yet exactly how we do that, but here's a hint: if you look closely at our robot in the picture, you'll see we no longer use a lift.

We ended up having an amazing day yesterday at our league meet. We won 4 out of 5 matches, set the high score of the day (180) in our match with Zip Tie Fighters, and finished 4th (the highest we've ever ranked). And if you were wondering... here's what a flawless 100-point autonomous program looks like.
