The more the merrier, folks!!!! If you’re looking for a Saturday activity, come on out and Brush with the Board at Ski Land!!!

Brush with the Board is this Saturday, October 3rd! Start the month off with us at the hill, where we will be hosting brush cutting and volunteering alongside the Fairbanks Ski Coalition Board members! Take the opportunity to meet your Ski Land community while helping us get the hill ready for the season.

❓️Don't have your own equipment? No problem! We have multiple brush cutters and chainsaws for volunteers to work throughout the day. Have your own gear? Bring it with you to help us accommodate more hands! We'll have fuel and oil available.

❓️Not able to volunteer? Come up to grab a bite to eat and hang around the bonfire! Tamarack Grill will be serving burgers, snacks, drinks, and local b**r from 2pm till 8pm.

Did anyone get any photos from our Kick Off event this afternoon? 🤩 We had such a great turnout and Ester Community Park was a lovely venue. The food was delicious and the nice big fire 🔥 was perfect!! Thanks for coming out, everyone!

Make sure you’re on Team Snap to receive all the communication being sent out. This week is the start of drylands at Northside Athletics. This is an optional program for our older kids. Make sure you sign the waiver sent via the link on Team Snap.

There's a chill in the air, which means it's time to start thinking about our favorite sport: Ski Racing!

We hope you can attend the Fairbanks Alpine Ski Club kick-off event on Sunday, September 13th from 3-5 pm at Ester Park.

What to expect:

- Gear swap: Bring gear that is too big or too small to swap with team members and check out what others have to offer.
- Potluck: Please bring a dish or non-alcoholic beverages to share!
