At our October Unit 57 meeting, one of our sponsored ALA Alaska Girls State citizens presented a wonderful report. Mia Colom, also a Junior member of our Unit, shared her powerpoint so that more members could see all she learned while at ALA Girls State as well as ALA Girls Nation.
Oh, and now her mom is an ALA member!

REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.

Welcome to the American Legion Auxiliary Unit 57 - Fairbanks, AK's Page.

On December 19, 2026 at 12:00 pm (AKST), volunteers will be helping Fort Richardson National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

It is as simple as clicking the photo below, then click on the red "SPONSOR WREATHS" button and follow the directions. We are certainly thankful to you!

As well, we are thankful if you volunteer on Wreaths Day, whether at JBER or any other location.
