UAF ASCE / AGC University of Alaska Fairbanks- American Society of Civil Engineers and Associated General Contracto

The UAF student chapters of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Alaska General Contractors is made up of student engineers who want to be actively involved in their education. ASCE and AGC combine the knowledge and experience of staff and various engineering students to compete on a national level for Steel Bridge and Concrete Canoe competitions. The Ice Arch is an annual beautification competition at UAF that celebrates our northern region with an arch made of ice. Through the hosting of featured informational speakers for all of the student body,being very active role Engineer Career Week, providing materials and study sessions for the FE, and volunteering with local charities; these clubs represent our school with pride.
