A WEEK OF HONOR, REMEMBRANCE & COMRADERY 🇺🇸

This past week, we had the honor of welcoming our POW/MIA guest and his lovely wife to Fairbanks. It was a truly special week filled with fellowship, stories, meals, and opportunities to come together as a community to honor their visit and the meaning behind the POW/MIA remembrance.

A special thank you to everyone who helped make their visit memorable — whether you helped with transportation, meals, setup, hosting, or simply spent time with them. Your time and support meant so much. ❤️🤍💙

🇺🇸 Friday evening, American Legion Post 57 held a POW/MIA Ceremony in remembrance of those who are still missing and unaccounted for, and in honor of those who have served and sacrificed for our country. It was a meaningful ceremony and a reminder that You Are Not Forgotten.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the ceremony, dinners, lunches, and other events throughout the week. Seeing everyone come together to show their support was truly appreciated.

From all of us at American Legion Post 57, thank you to everyone who helped make this such a memorable and meaningful visit.
