Today is Big Day of Giving! An annual 24-hour giving challenge to help local nonprofits that make an impact in the Sacramento region. Reaching our fundraising goal today would enable AboutKidz to continue supporting low-income families and at-risk kids in our community.

This is your chance to help AboutKidz!

Would you like to help provide a backpack for a local child in need? We have 1,000 children registered for our annual First Day back to school event but currently only have 300 backpacks to hand out. The Orangevale Kiwanis club has come through with a commitment to providing 100 backpacks. That leaves us with 600 additional backpacks needed in the next 2 weeks. If you or an organization you are part of would like to help provide backpacks for these children please get in touch with us ASAP. We have all the necessary items needing to go inside the backpacks. To donate go to: www.aboutkidz.org
