We are thrilled to honor two amazing people this year with a Champions of Peace Award.

Lisa MacClements’ dedication to Fair Lawn for All Ages and bringing our town’s youth and seniors together is truly inspiring. Her dedication helps many seniors and sets the standard for volunteerism and compassion for our teens.

Jim Vanderbeck’s work with the Shade Tree Commission and Garden Committee have positively impacted our community’s surroundings and we appreciate all he’s done for Fair Lawn and its residents.

We also celebrate the award winners from our other District clubs. Congratulations to all of the 2026 Champions of Peace!

Congratulations to John Cosgrove and all the honorees at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center’s Founders Award Dinner. Their efforts have and will continue to help our community through improved services and care.

We’re proud to recognize Tim Yuskaitis as one of our upcoming Service Above Self Award honorees.

A lifelong Fair Lawn resident, Tim has dedicated his life to serving others—through the Fair Lawn Volunteer Fire Department, the Heavy Rescue Squad, coaching youth sports, and his role as a Sergeant with NJ Transit Police. He is also Fair Lawn's Town Crier and now Bergen County's Town Crier!

Tim also participates in the Police Unity Tour, a powerful ride from New Jersey to Washington, D.C. that honors fallen law enforcement officers and raises awareness for their sacrifice.

We are so pleased to announce our Service Above Self Award recipients this year.

Mia Villon – Mia is receiving the first “Forrest Elliot” Service Above Self Award for her work with her Baby Bundles Program, helping new mothers in need.

Jennifer Raskopf – For her work as a Girl Scout Leader, with the Warren Point PTA and Fair Lawn All Sports.

Tim Yuskaitis – Fair Lawn's very own Town Crier, he is also a Fair Lawn Fireman, a NJ Transit Police Officer, and now the Bergen County Town Crier, who gives back in so many ways.

Father Joe Doyle – St. Anne’s Parish Priest, always available to the community’s faithful regardless of affiliation.

North Jersey Masters – A Running Club whose continued support of the Fair Lawn Sunrise Rotary 5K run every year has helped our club support so many in need.
