Please join us and the Blue & Yellow Foundation for a charity event "Love in the Time of War" on February 25th at the Cosmo's Club in Fair Lawn.
One year of this cruel war is approaching, and we want to gather for a night of remembrance, reflection and hope.
“Love in the time of war” is about unity, bravery and perseverance of Ukrainian people and those who support them.

During the cocktail hour you will enjoy some live music 🎶 including violin 🎻. If you're lucky, you'll go home with a Tricky Tray basket too! You will enjoy a three-course meal 🍽️ by a fantastic chef 👨‍🍳 Joe D'Angelo (The Sauce Guy). Wine 🍷 , beer 🍺 and a special cocktail🍹 is included. Plus live entertainment and prizes!

Your generosity will directly support families who've lost their loved ones, homes, or both. Since February 24, 2022 more than 12 million people were displaced by this cruel and unnecessary war. They need your support!

What a great night! Our charity was delighted to celebrate the Feast of Seven Fishes with you as a community.

Old friends were reunited and many new friends were made. Traditions were preserved and community was strengthened.

We had the privilege of recognizing Priscilla Leto of Mission: Kid Success with our first ever “Community Action Hero” award. Priscilla and her team tirelessly help families access otherwise unavailable services and modalities for children with autism, ADHD and other neuro-developmental challenges.

Our generous hosts and collaborators Italian American Family Association made this a night to remember for all. 🇮🇹

The food was extraordinary. As always, Joe D’Angelo is equal parts chef and magician. 🍝 🐠

The incomparable improv team NUTTY BY NATURE doubled us over in laughter again and again!

Each $10 donation allows us to personally and promptly provide a brand new blanket to a person sleeping on the sidewalk on a cold night. Thanks to your generosity, we are sponsoring an inclusive Dance Party for people with all abilities. There will be a live DJ, costumes, snacks, games and fun for everyone. Some teens from the local parish youth group will also come to dance with the guests. A great time will be had by all. Please support us so that we can plan more inclusive events like this. In 2022, several families with proven track records in philanthropy and community service formed this charity with a specific two-fold mission:

1. We develop and implement charitable projects created by young people. These projects are creative, effective, sustainable and hands-on. They strengthen the community by group participation.

2. As experiened professionals and community servants, we provide first-hand training to the young people in our lives on the real world process of developing, coordinating and implementing their charitable ideas. They share their good hearts and high energy, but they also aquire skills and experience in collaboration, organization, budgeting and reporting so that they will become highly effective difference-makers in their communities.

Sunshine & Ravioli is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Your donations are tax-deductible.
