Springfield RC Club Just a place for club members or non members to share photos, videos, and great stories. There are no set hours, members come and go as they please.

The Springfield RC Club has been in existence for over 40 years, chartered by a group of flyers whose purpose was to educate and unite local radio control modelers and to provide a safe and fun flying site. Since then, through the hard work of its members, continual improvements have been made to the flying site while membership has grown. With strength in our numbers we can help to keep our flyin

g site while making it safe for everyone to enjoy for years to come! If you are interested in seeing the planes fly and visiting with members pick a nice day with winds below 10 MPH and there will most likely be members out flying. Check our website SpringfieldRCClub.org for events. Contact us via Facebook. We are welcoming new members and offer assistance with assembly and flying. With our trainers we can take a lot of the risk out of getting involved. If you need assistance in any area in the hobby a member will point you to someone who can help.

Another Missouri event to check out!

Attention Pilots,
An important announcement. On September 6, 2025, KC/RC’s will holding its Warbird & Classics Fly-In. This event will feature scale military and classic era radio control aircraft.
Mission briefing will commence with registration at 0800 hours, followed by a pilots meeting at 0900 hours. Refreshments, including breakfast and lunch, will be available for purchase from Troop 1306.
For further details, please refer to the mission flyer. Prepare for an engaging and historic display of aviation excellence. Dismissed.
