We had an amazing Grandparents’ Night in the library! A huge thanks to our book fair volunteers Teresa Hartman, Jill Dieke, Sarah Hartley, Kate Boyer, Liz Sorensen, John Sorensen, Jo Kotschedoff, and Angla Hollingsworth. We had over $11,000 sold on Friday alone!
Book fair will continue on Monday and Tuesday for students who haven’t had an opportunity to explore during their library time yet.

Our fall book fair is live online now and starts in person on Wednesday for kiddos to shop during their library time. We will also be open on Friday, September 11th until 6:45 for Grandparents Night.
I’m excited for our kids to get some great books for their home libraries!

Since 2019, we’ve donated over 500,000 books to underfunded schools, women & children’s care centers, and nonprofits.

We have an amazing couple who has donated $500 to our library for years now in memory of their sweet momma who passed away.
Most years I have bought new books with the donation but this year I asked if they would be ok with me buying hands activities (puzzles, games, etc). They loved the idea and we have LOVED the new resources this summer!! I’m so thankful for a supportive community!!

We are half way through summer school and having a great time. This year every elementary kiddo comes to library every day during summer school. We do a variety of art, music, literacy, and movement activities.
