TIPS FOR FOCUSING TECHNIQUES
A variety of focusing techniques can be used to help keep your attention on the here and now:
-Listen to the music. See if you can listen to each note. Notice when your attention is not on hearing the music, and simply return your attention to listening.
-Focus your attention on your breath and breathing. Breathe in and out. Just watch the movement of your in and out-breaths.
-Repeat an affirmation - a positive statement about yourself and life.
-Or you can use whatever method works for you, allowing the music to enhance your experience.
A High-Tech Meditation soundtrack, which was created with Synchronicity Sonic Technology, will be played. This music enables anyone to quickly have a meditative experience. The theta technology creates a deeper meditative state often experienced as peacefulness, profound relaxation, and quietness of mind.
The soundtrack will be "Blessed Mother - A Thousand Names." India's most respected and honored expert in all forms of classical music, Rattan Mohan Sharma, chants the classical text and M. C. Cannon sings selected verses in a modern meditative rendition of this sacred masterpiece dedicated to the Divine Feminine.
For best results, use headphones.
