The Wachapreague Shore Girls Flounder Tournament enjoyed another successful year, with all participants having an enjoyable time🎣

Katrina and Keith did an outstanding job organizing the event.

Their efforts included partnering with us for the silent auction and collecting food donations that will benefit our outreach program by feeding dogs in need. The substantial volume of donations is evident in the fully loaded van. Furthermore, they presented us with envelope with $1,018 l, the proceeds from the silent auction.🐶🥰

Blessings have a way of presenting themselves when needed most. We recently received another food delivery, made possible by Grass Roots Rescue, and for which we are truly grateful.

The six-hour round trip undertaken by Auntie M, not including loading time, was instrumental in this success.

When we called for volunteers to assist with unloading within a short timeframe, we were pleasantly surprised by the enthusiastic response.

Upon arrival at the pantry, I was delighted to see a team of dedicated helpers, including Uncle M, Uncle P, Auntie M, Auntie C, and another Auntie C, whose efforts were invaluable.

We appreciate the unwavering support from our community, which enables us to provide aid to dogs in need through teamwork.

Our mission is to give a voice to these animals, ensuring no dog suffers or feels unloved.

We strive to plant seeds for a better tomorrow.

We're overflowing with gratitude for the extraordinary kindness of “Grass Roots Rescue”, who generously gifted two More pallets of food to “us” and “Eastern Shore Animal Control.”

This incredible donation empowers us to extend a helping hand to even more dogs in need.

We're taking a moment to express heartfelt thanks to our remarkable volunteers who rallied with short notice.

A special thank you to auntie M for embarking on a 3-hour journey to collect the food.
