Dogs Deserve Better Eastern Shore VA Dogs Deserve Better Eastern Shore (DDB-ESVA) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, all-volunteer rescue dedicated to improve the lives of the tethered or neglected dogs.

This is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization that is dedicated to helping abused, neglected, and surrendered dogs have a better life with loving families. We are made up of all volunteers, all of the resources we have go to bringing these dogs back to health, rehoming, and educating those that will listen. All donations stay local. If you are interested, please send a message of how you would like to help, whether you can foster a dog, volunteer your time, or donate funds and supplies. We need help from our community on the Eastern Shore. So we ask you, will you take action on behalf of our dogs in need? Together we can make a difference!

Today is the perfect day for an extra-long nap!

Jack is happily snuggled up with the new ball his foster mom gave him—and he’s already completely smitten!

This playful pup loves his toys almost as much as he loves his cozy naps! 🎾🥰❤️

Mama….
Not sure about your CEO, but our CEO at headquarters says it’s a tiring job. 😴

Lucy….
It’s hard making sure Mama doesn’t stray too far. There’s always something to do, someone to supervise, and important CEO duties to handle.

Lucy….
For now, though… it’s nap time. 💤🐾
