📣 WE NEED YOUR HELP! 🥁🏈
The Wyoming Area Marching Band is looking for volunteers to help staff the concession stand during our five home football games this season!
You do not have to be a current band parent to volunteer. We welcome help from:
❤️ Current band families
💚 Parents & grandparents
💛 Other family members & friends
🎓 Wyoming Area alumni
🏫 Former band parents
🤝 Community members who want to support our students
Even volunteering for ONE game makes a huge difference!
📅 Our home games are:
• September 4
• September 18
• October 2
• October 16
• October 23
No concession-stand experience is necessary! Training and instructions will be provided before you work your first game.
Families who volunteer earn student credit for the music student(s) in their household, making this a great way to support the band while helping offset program expenses.
Our students work incredibly hard throughout the season, and the concession stand helps provide important support for our music program. We would love to see some new faces and our amazing alumni join us this season!
If you’re able to help with one or more games, please contact:

Please consider giving us a few hours of your time. Every volunteer makes a difference!
