Volunteer of the Year ❤️🖤⚾

This season, we are proud to recognize Jay Barrow as our Volunteer of the Year.

Jay is the definition of what makes this league special—someone who consistently steps up wherever help is needed. From coaching and field work to taking on equipment and uniform responsibilities, Jay has filled countless roles over the years—many of them behind the scenes and often without recognition.

But those roles matter. They are essential to keeping this league running.

Beyond his formal responsibilities, Jay is always one of the first to offer help—whether it’s preparing the fields or supporting the league in any way needed.

Simply put, EWG Little League is better because of Jay.

⚾ 10–1 win over Chariho - Woodmansee Insurance (Tuesday) powered by a massive 7-run third inning
💥 Max B launched a solo HOME RUN to center
🔥 Big RBI hits from Hunter F and Jameson H
🎯 Strong pitching from Billy F and Richard S (combined shut-down innings!)

⚾ 9–3 win over Coventry – Red Sox (Friday) to keep the momentum rolling
💣 Brady C crushed a GRAND SLAM (4 RBIs!)
