The Excelsior Springs Football Association is incredibly grateful for the support of the Speakman family as we honor the memory of Wyatt Speakman.

Wyatt proudly played for ESFA and was a member of our 2020 5th Grade Championship Team and our 2021 6th Grade Runner-Up Team. His passing in June 2025 was a heartbreaking loss for his family, friends, teammates, and our entire Excelsior Springs community.

This season, every ESFA football player will proudly wear Wyatt's initials on their jersey as a tribute to his memory. It is our hope that each time our athletes take the field, they will carry with them the values of teamwork, dedication, and heart that Wyatt represented.

Wyatt will always be a part of the Tiger family. 🖤💛

Practice starts next week for all our Tackle teams and some Cheer squads.

With the Summer Heat, Heat acclimation is very important. We WILL practice in the heat. Parents prepare your athlete and keep them safe by:
💧Hydrating Before practice
💧Bring Plenty of water with them to practice (There is no water access at the field)
💧Rehydrating after practice.

Starting practice well hydrated makes a big difference!
