Be on the look out for a notice from the City to have a meeting in regards to the HOA. We don't have a set date at this time, but will most like be on a Thursday evening at 7pm at the local library. If you can not make it please make sure to get your vote in for the board.

I absolutely love our little neighborhood. Being able to go for walks around in the morning before I get the kids up and around for school and going again at night after they go to bed... Even if I do a walk when they are up I am not far away if they need me and am close enough to be back at the house in minutes.

Meranda & Amber had a great morning of collaboration with local builder, Preston Owen with Brickford Homes. We got to tour and learn more about 4 newly built homes, right here in Excelsior Springs that are ready for home owners... 🏡

MISSING DOG ALERT: Bailey, a tan-ish doodle mix who lives near the corner of west springs and buckeye got lose when the wind blew the gate open, please keep an eye out for her!
