We provide affordable, compassionate primary care for individuals and families, with a strong focus on those who are uninsured or underserved. That’s why our services are offered regardless of insura

nce status, and care is provided based on income when needed. No one is turned away. Our services include primary care, women’s health, chronic disease management, labs, prescriptions, and referrals to specialty care. We accept most insurance plans, including Medicaid, NJ FamilyCare, Medicare, and commercial insurance. At Medina, we treat patients with dignity, respect, and understanding. The City of Trenton has partnered with Medina Health Center to expand access to quality, affordable healthcare for residents. The center offers primary care and supportive health services designed to help community members stay healthy regardless of their ability to pay.

Services are available Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at 828 North Olden Avenue, Suite 2, in Trenton. Residents must provide proof of Trenton residency. To schedule an appointment, call 609-323-5159 or visit Medina Health Center at the link below.
