Mahalo nui to all 62 amazing volunteers who came out to this past Saturdays community workday at Kapapapuhi Point Park! We are so fortunate to have had so many hands to assist with the removal of invasive vegetation (pickle w**d, cali grass heads, mangrove seed pods) and rebuilding native habitats by planting 25 ʻahuʻawa in areas we have witnessed ʻalae ʻula nesting and grazing.

You guys are the best! 🤘😝

We’ll be trying a new schedule for Kapapapuhi in 2026 🗓️ This year was… different 👀 BUT nonetheless, we are eager to tackle a new year with you all!

Join us on First and Second Saturdays at Kapapapuhi.

Hui! Hey kākou, our team is under the weather and unable to host this month’s community workday. We appreciate everyone who worked to accommodate our schedule change and made the commitment to mālama Kapapapuhi with us but, for your safety and ours we’re gonna have to wait til January 2026!
