Welcome to the new Everton Community Building. It is up for rent now. The details are as follows it is $100 for weekends (Fri-Sun) with $50 down ( Non-Refundable ) $50 a week day ( Mon.- Thur. ) $25 down ( Non-Refundable ). That comes with 10 tables & 60 chairs. The renter get access to the main lobby & Large meeting room. No Kitchen. It is a nice place to do a family Christmas party or hold a very important business meeting.
