This season brings both endings and beginnings. ๐ โ๏ธ ๐ฟ
Graduation. The last day of school. Changing friendships. New routines. New places. Even positive change can bring unexpected feelings of grief, stress, uncertainty, or emotional exhaustion.
Grief doesnโt always look like sadness. It can also look like difficulty concentrating, feeling disconnected, irritability, changes in sleep, or feeling โnumbโ during moments you expected to feel excited.
As you move into a new chapter, a few gentle reminders:
๐ค Keep simple routines when you can โ regular meals, sleep, movement, and hydration help support the nervous system
๐ค Stay connected to people who help you feel safe and understood
๐ค Give yourself permission to feel mixed emotions about change and transition
๐ค Take breaks from pressure to โhave it all figured outโ right away
๐ค Ask for support when you need it โ healing and growth are not meant to happen alone (we can help with that!)
Moving forward does not mean leaving everything behind. It means carrying your experiences with care while continuing to make space for hope, connection, and new beginnings.
