Colorado High Country Hikers -AVA

Colorado High Country Hikers -AVA Volkssport- Hiking, walking, snowshoe, cross country skiing and so much more! They are on groomed or periodically maintained and well marked trails.

The Colorado High Country Hikers is a Volksmarch Club dedicated to hosting interesting events of possibly a more challenging nature. CHCH events are typically within 75 miles of Denver, CO, and are in the Rocky Mountains or associated foothills. One of the great things about Volkssport is that it's both National www.ava.org and International www.ivv-web.org . You can do it in all 50 United States

and in most countries throughout the world. It's great for travelers and lets you see places you might not normally see! Anyone can participate, and join all of our events! Members or non members please come check us out and add to your life by exploring new trails!

Great turn out for Vail this weekend, over 50 participated in Saturdays organized 1 day volkswalk. Beautiful Rocky Mountain weather all weekend. Additionally the Vail seasonal available to you every day seasonally 11 K Vail Village saw 17 volkswalkers this weekend!
