The right of the people to be secure in their persons against unreasonable searches shall not be violated. No where are the homeless excluded as we continue to be "the people" independent of our physical address status. Please, stop allowing your civil rights to be violated by our legislative bodies and public agencies appointed to protect and serve your person.
