Mill Creek Seniors enjoyed a sunny stroll along the North Creek Trail boardwalk last week, wandering through marshes and warm weather. A sweet stop at Mon Amie bakery completed the nearly 3-mile outing. After the walk, lively chats at the park picnic shelter helped members connect over shared interests. A lovely day of fresh air and new friendships!

Mill Creek Seniors enjoy a "Throwback Thursday" cruise along the Everett waterfront. Local history buffs regaled us with stories about the harbor’s past and present businesses. A standout tale told how a Navy destroyer once docked in Everett to cool a reactor—sailors disguised as civilians bought up all the antifreeze they could find to prevent a catastrophe. It worked, because we’re still here to savor an early-evening cruise of this beautiful harbor!
