Everett Eagles Drill Team The Everett Eagles Drill Team & Youth Program We are a military-style, precision marching drill team, made up of youth between the ages of 2 & 20.

We march in various parades in Washington & participate in 2 annual competitions each year. Youth Program members not marching on the drill team participate by carrying banners in parades, joining us on outings and attend the annual Youth Convention hosted by the Washington State Eagles. We have no membership fees to be part of our group, we do what we can to make being part of our team low cost f

or all our families. We ask that team members & parents participate in fundraisers & events like car washes and serving dinners. Money earned from fund-raising pays for uniforms, trips, food, fun times & registration to Youth Convention.

The team and our Alumni has lost a forever advocate, supporter, and our Bonus Papa.

Neil Fike spent many years transporting our drill team and youth program, uniforms, and luggage. It was of utmost importance to him that our team was fed well while traveling and competing. He ensured we had a great start to our day with a hot breakfast. He knew our schedule, and had food and snack ready even late at night. I don't recall a time when he traveled with us that he wasn't seen watching the team as we performed on the competition floor.

We were his extra grandkids.

Not only did he care for our kids, he consistently worked as part of the District 9 team to raise money for, organize, shop, and BBQ for all the kids at our Washington State Eagles Youth Convention.

His devotion to us will never be forgotten!

Yesterday we lost a long time advocate, supporter, and a bonus grandmother to our drill team.

Alice Fike spent many years traveling with the team, transporting kids, uniforms, luggage, preparing and cleaning up of our meals, watching hours of competitions and parades.

Her devotion to us will never be forgotten!

Hugs go out to our Alumni team members Alena and Rebekah Ness who shared their wonderful grandmother with us all.
