Newborn Transitional Care Nursery NTCN is a non-profit organization seeking funding to care for babies born drug addicted and drug exposed in Snohomish County and beyond.

Newborn Transitional Care Nursery (NTCN) is a 24 hour medically staffed center for drug exposed and medically fragile infants suffering the effects of in utero drug exposure.

Since issues with drug exposed infants are relatively new, studies are scarce on what to do with them and how to treat them. TALLAHASSEE | A bill creating a task force to study how to reduce the growing problem of babies being born addicted to prescription drugs is on the way to Gov. Rick Scott, who is expected to sign it into law. It passed the Senate late Thursday.
